Posting Scores:  It is the player’s responsibility to post their own score.  The score shall be in accordance to the ESC chart. (See the chart directly above the GHIN computer)  According to the handicap committee decision, failure to post an accurate score can result in a posted score of 72.  Only designated events must be entered as tournament (T) scores.
Handicap:  Men’s Club members will be required to have a GHIN handicap for Men’s Club Events.  It takes 10 posted scores to establish an official handicap and 5 scores to develop a trend.  Your trend index will be used until your 10 score index is established.  If you do not have a trend established you will play as a scratch.
Sign-up Sheet:  It is your responsibility to sign-up for an event.  The sheet will be posted in the Men’s locker room at least 7 days prior to the event.  Please sign up by noon, 2 days prior to the event.    To ensure accuracy of team members, when the event is a team event please, confirm your team before signing up.
Early/Late Tee Times
We can take early or late tee time requests on events which tee times are established except for the Club Championship.
Hole-in-One Club:  Each week you will have the opportunity to put $1 in the pot.  The first Hole-in-One made for that tournament will win the money in the pot.  All money not won in a certain week will roll over to the next week.

Decisions & Rulings:  Play is governed by the current year’s Rules of Golf of the United States Golf Association, and where applicable by the Men's Club's Local Rules.  Appendix I refers to the appendix of Local Rules in the USGA Rules of Golf book.  Unless otherwise provided, penalty for breach of a Local Rule is: Stroke Play – Two Strokes
All decisions and rulings are to protect the integrity of the field and our Men’s Club.
