If the outing would like unlimited range balls, then it is ONLY $2.00 per person.

We require that you purchase all beverages from Heartland Crossing Golf Links. We charge $2.50 per can of beer, $1.50 per can for soda and $2.25 for bottled water and Gatorade. Mixed Drinks and wine are available after golf, but not on the golf course.

There will be a 15% gratuity charge for beverage cart and snack bar items for groups running a tab. This does not apply to meals or groups paying cash.

Requirement for a shotgun start:
  • A group must guarantee a minimum of 120 players Monday through Friday to have a shotgun start and 140 players on Saturday or Sunday. All weekend shotguns must start at 7:00 a.m.
  • PLEASE NOTE: For tournaments larger than 140 players, Heartland Crossing will need to lease additional carts at $38.00/cart, which will be passed along to your outing.

We offer other alternatives to a shotgun start if you prefer:

1. Modified shotgun. Your group would start on hole number one and go backwards on the course to accommodate the rest of your players. We would then begin opening tee times when your final group has cleared the first tee. The fee for this would be the same as a shotgun start. The format is ideal for groups that do not meet the requirements for a full shotgun. This format is available Monday through Friday.

2. Tee Times. Ideal for smaller groups, this would allow you to secure your tee times well in advance and tee each group off number 1 tee. Your group will still receive all outing services.
